The Kudroli Gokarnatheshwara Temple was consecrated in 1912 at the initiative of the social reformer Narayana Guru, so that the Billava community could worship at a temple of its own. Dedicated to Gokarnanatha (Shiva), it stands in the Kudroli area of Mangaluru.

Brightly painted and richly decorated, it is best known for its spectacular Mangaluru Dasara, when the temple and a series of Navaratri tableaux are lit up and processions fill the streets.
