Hunasagi Prehistoric Site

A wetland bird sanctuary around the Bonal tank in Shorapur taluk — the second-largest bird sanctuary in Karnataka after Ranganathittu, on a 17th-century tank later enlarged by Meadows Taylor, drawing pelicans, painted storks and migratory waterfowl.
