Muthyalamaduvu, also called Pearl Valley, is a seasonal waterfall and picnic spot near Anekal, about 40 km south of the city centre but still within Bengaluru Urban district. Its name — "pearl water" — comes from the way the falling stream scatters into pearl-like droplets.
