Overview
Thripuliyoor Mahavishnu Temple at Puliyoor, west of Chengannur on the Mavelikkara–Kozhencherry road, is one of the 108 Divya Desams sung in the Nalayira Divya Prabandham, where Vishnu is worshipped as Mayapiran or Thripuliyoorappan with the goddess Porkodi Nachiyar. It is the shrine attributed to Bhima among the five Pandava temples of the Chengannur area, and is administered by the Travancore Devaswom Board.
