About
Cottage-style stay at Kattayad, Sulthan Bathery. Compare the named unit and bedroom layout; published exterior photograph dates to September 2023.
What to know before you go
Thejas Resorts is a cottage-style stay at Kattayad in Sulthan Bathery, on Vinayaka Hospital Road. Compare the named accommodation and its actual bedroom layout when planning a Bathery base; a Wayanad-wide search result does not establish the drive to each attraction.
The operator’s indexed cottage page names Illam, Maalikappura, Pathayapura, Kovilakam and Nalukettu, describing the first two as double-bedroom villas. That is an older published description, not a current inventory or an assurance that every named unit has the same layout. Ask which unit is offered, which rooms and outdoor spaces belong to it, and whether other guests share any areas. The published exterior photograph shows the property in September 2023, not a particular reserved room today.
