A centuries-old Shiva temple (also called Siragilinather) in Kandadevi village, about 3 km from Devakottai. It is best known for its grand Aani Urchavam chariot (ther) festival in the Tamil month of Aani, drawn by devotees from around 75 surrounding villages. The chariot procession was suspended for 17 years amid community disputes before being revived in 2024 as a symbol of restored social harmony.
