Overview
Christ Church was founded in 1838 by the CMS missionary Rev. Joseph Peet and is the oldest Protestant congregation in Mavelikkara. The CSI Madhya Kerala Diocese records a parish of about 2,160 members in 432 families here, on roughly eighteen acres, within its Mavelikara church district.
