Puliyancholai Falls

A perennial forest waterfall and picnic spot at the foot of the Pachaimalai hills, about 20 km from Thuraiyur town. Fed by hill streams, it is surrounded by tamarind groves that give the site its name (puliyan cholai). It is one of the most visited natural picnic destinations in Tiruchirappalli district.
