The name is the first practical test. “900 Kandi” describes a broad wooded upland used by several businesses; Skypark identifies this operator. DTPC Wayanad publishes Skypark as a distinct destination with its own activities and contact. Similar photographs and product names do not merge neighbouring counters into one attraction.
The experience translates a steep landscape into short supervised activities. A glass walk makes the drop visible, zip cycling and a zipline use the same sense of exposure, and an adventure swing turns the valley into a moving backdrop. These are engineered attractions, not a wilderness trek or a public right of way.
The opened 900 Kandi photographs explain why the installations work: forest fills the folds, pale grass traces exposed shoulders and cloud builds above a sequence of ridges. A close-up of a bridge can prove the structure; only the wider view explains the depth that visitors feel from it.
Weather changes both view and operation. Mist can erase the far ridge while leaving the immediate forest vivid; rain can make approaches slippery and may pause height activities. An online opening time is not a promise that every element will run in current conditions.
