Kerala Tourism-classified Ayurveda centre on the banks of Ashtamudi Lake at Ashtamudi, on the backwater edge of Kollam. It runs residential Ayurveda and Panchakarma programmes in rustic laterite cottages beside the water, focused on treatment stays rather than casual spa visits.

Kerala Tourism Green Leaf-classified Ayurveda and spa centre at The Leela Ashtamudi (Raviz), Thevally, overlooking Ashtamudi Lake in Kollam. Its therapy rooms offer classical Kerala Ayurveda treatments and rejuvenation packages with backwater views, run to the Green Leaf standard rather than as a generic hotel spa.
